AWS Multi-Region vs Single Region Costs

Multi-region deployments improve redundancy and speed but increase cost. How does this compare to traditional multi-server hosting? Is the added complexity worth it for small and medium projects, or better suited for larger businesses?

Multi region setups on AWS offer flexibility and global performance, however, you will end up paying more and also have to handle flexibility. but they add real cost and complexity. Traditional multi server hosting is simpler and cheaper, but it is less flexible. I think for small and medium projects AWS multi region setups is not good but larger businesses can benefit a lot.
