It can be very risky to share server, especially for websites that uses sensitive data (payment information for example). Shared hosting can be ok for small wordpress site or a blog, but for bigger projects ot even business website, you need something better, Lightsail can be a better option.
Maybe the OP wanted to compare Lightsail with Shared Hosting for beginners or small websites. Well, I think if there is no issue with budget, you should always start with something robust, even when your project is small.OK. I'm confused here.
