AWS Lambda handles code without servers, auto-scales, and suits unpredictable traffic. Shared hosting is simple, cheap, and easy for small sites but limited in performance. I think sharter should always gi with shared because it has hassle-free setup, but Lambda is more suitable for scalable projects and more experienced users.

Lightsail gives you a simple virtual server that is always running, which is similar to shared hosting, however, it is more flexible. Lambda runs code only when triggered, there is no server to manage.
