Do You Think Fargate is the Best Option We Have for Compute Simplicity?

AWS Fargate removes server management while still running containers, it works with both Amazon Elastic Container Service and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes. Does this serverless compute engine feature actually reduce operational effort in practice? Have you found any limits in terms of cost, performance, or flexibility compared to EC2-backed containers?

Fargate is one of the simplest compute options because it removes server management. It’s great when convenience matters more than granular control. Having said that it might not always the best choice for every workload, especially if cost or complex networking needs are a priority.
