ECS vs EKS: Which One is Better For Smaller Teams?

Both ECS and EKS support containerized workloads, however, that have different kinds of the operational complexity. Have you used these services. For small teams or solo developers, is ECS or EKS is more manageable? Did you experienced any issues with control, usability, ease of use, and long-term maintenance?

I believe ECS (Elastic Container Service) is generally better for smaller teams because it is simpler to set up, integrates smoothly with AWS services, and doesn’t require deep Kubernetes expertise. EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) is more powerful and flexible for complex, multi-cloud environments.
