Is AWS Too Complex for Small Projects?

I haven’t used it myself but I frequently hear that AWA is too complex for small projects. Generally speaking, AWS is seen as enterprise-focused, even though many people are also running small apps on AWS. Which services are genuinely beginner-friendly? At what point does AWS complexity become unnecessary for simple websites or APIs?

AWS comes with a lot of services and setting, therefore, it can feel complex, especially for small projects. However, when you use managed tools, simple architectures, and free tier resources, you can easily keeps it manageable.
