I haven’t done this myself but the company I work migrated to AWS. First of all you need to audit your current setup, files, database, traffic, and email. Choose AWS services like EC2 or Lightsail, migrate data using backups. You can test everything on a staging setup to make sure everything thing has been done correctly, and then switch DNS gradually.
